Smooth, Silent Control • Pulse-Width-Modulation control with programmable acceleration rates provides smooth application and release of pump motor torque. • 15.6 kHz PWM frequency for near silent operation. This adaptive feature minimizes mechanical stress on hydraulic systems while optimizing energy efficiency for varying load condition

• The Curtis 1215 offers a cost-effective solution for controlling high-power DC series-wound hydraulic pump motors. Its system integration features are primarily designed for Class I and Class II material handling vehicles. Typical applications include pump systems for material handling trucks (counterbalance trucks, reach trucks), aerial lift platforms (scissor lifts, articulating/telescoping booms), and other industrial vehicles.
   
  The 1215 accepts inputs from up to four speed select switches and an analog throttle. Its microprocessor-based logic controller delivers maximum flexibility at minimal cost, with performance characteristics customizable via programmable parameters. The controller is fully programmable using a Curtis 1313-4331 handheld programmer or 1314 PC Programming Station, which also provide diagnostic and testing capabilities.
